3 Bedroom Condo in Frankfort

Luxury 3 bedroom, one bathroom Condo located right in the heart of Downtown Frankfort. Less than 3 blocks from the Lake Michigan beach and directly across the street from Stormcloud Brewing (M Live’s Best New Brewery)! Steps from the Historic Garden Theater, downtown restaurants and all the Frankfort has to offer!
This beautiful Condo is located above Frankfort Hardware, and does require 2.5 flights of stairs for access. Unfortunately, it is not handicap accessible. Bedroom one features a king bed and closet, and bedroom two a queen. Bedroom three is complete with a queen bed and beautiful view of Betsie Bay and Jacobson’s Marina. A pack-n-play is also available. The spacious wrap around couch pulls out to offer an additional bed. There is a TV located in each bedroom and the main living area.
There is a small blue ray and book collection in the south facing bedroom in case you find yourself with a rainy day.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking and eating in, or treat yourself to all of the best food Frankfort has to offer, just steps from your door! There is a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen, so you don't have to worry about lugging bottled water either.
The bathroom is complete with a shower and washer/dryer, note that there is no tub in this condo. Towels are provided.
WiFi and cable, as well as Netflix, and Amazon Prime video are available throughout.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Parking is available for one car directly behind the property, additional free 24hr parking is only one block away in the City Municipal Parking lot. Snow removal is provided.
Bike parking: A space is available outside (covered) to lock bikes. Some guests choose to carry their bikes to the second landing (2 flights of stairs) for indoor storage.

Summary: Well organized. Double doors divide the space well, creating a second tv room near second and third bedrooms that would work well for a family. Light, airy feel overlooking marina. Close to everything!!

Summary: This property is exactly as listed and is in the heart of downtown Frankfort. You can walk to shops and restaurants or eat in using the well stocked kitchen. Parking was not an issue for us, but we stayed in the fall when it is less busy, so I imagine if you have more than one vehicle in your party it could be harder in the summer season. The views of Betsie Bay are awesome to wake up to and the beach and trails are right out the door. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Questions were answered very quickly by the hosts. Nibbles were gifted to us. There’s so many options for pub food and some finer dining - all walking distance. The lake is so close and you see both sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. Cozy seating and beds and each window or glass door has a good view of the bay, treetops or cool architecture. Lovely homes all around for walking on sidewalks. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. Thanks for the great visit!

Summary: What a beautiful and well stocked rental! It was very clean and updated as well as being fully stocked with everything we could have needed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony viewing beautiful Betsie Lake. The location was perfect for walking to anywhere in town.
